Good morning all! We had a great time down in China Town at Mardi Gras spreading the word about the Superheroes for a Cure Campaign! That's right, the Superheroes for a Cure Campaign is OFFICIALLY underway. And other great news! The donation link is back up online. So head on over to the official LLS page and check it out.

Superheroes For a Cure - The Story Continues!

Hey all! Superheroes for a Cure is moving to Hawaii this year to again campaign for the title of Woman of the Year.

We Won!!!!

Big win for LLS Thursday night! In just 10 weeks the 14 candidates for Houston’s Man & Woman of the Year benefitting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society raised over $204,000!!!

Imagine the great life saving research this will allow LLS to continue!!!!

AND THE WINNER IS………….

Man of the Year- Rocky Harris, Houston Dynamo

Woman of the Year- Carol Colin, Superheroes for a Cure

It was such an honor to be asked to raise money for the society that supports families that have battled, are battling or will battle leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma or other blood cancers. I appreciate the more that 350 Superheroes that joined in the campaign and supported LLS! It’s because of your generous donations that Superheroes for a Cure raised over $37,000!
